Customer Satisfaction

How many of you have ever bought something ,it broke,you grumbled wishing you could fix it..but wishing more that you hadn't bought it?
Lol been there,so I understand as a business owner how it feels.Though I grumble at the criticism,I know that excellence is better than a job 1/2 done.SO....on that note,I received a NEGATIVE comment on my etsy shop page....AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH....my 100% streak was send to a screeching halt::bam!::...Apparently the pieces had broken....2 things could have happened...I could have said :"oh well ,she should dig in her draw and fix what she broke" or..."You know what...lemme fix that for you "....
the latter is what I did and she was ecstatic!
here is what she said:

"The seller is so customer friendly that when she read my feedback, she contacted me and offered me a replacement free of charge + she included a nice lil gift. Amazing.. the first time this ever happened to me. She fixed the problem and I already wore them leaving a WHOA look on my friends face. Thanks A MILLION-"

How cool is that?
I'm feeling special.
